Job summary

Flex HR is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator with a passion for writing to translate HR topics into clear, engaging content. You will shape our brand voice across digital channels, crafting strong messaging that resonates with business leaders.

You’ll work hands-on to develop high-impact copy for blogs, websites, campaigns, and social media, while collaborating with marketing and HR teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar field is preferred but not required.
• 2–4 years’ experience in business-to-business marketing is preferred.
• Copywriting and editing skills are mandatory.
• Extremely organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable writing about business topics and HR concepts quickly.
• Strong collaboration across teams and willingness to take feedback.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality copy for blog, website, landing pages, PR opportunities, social media, case studies, marketing campaigns, and other collateral.
• Research, gather, analyze, and synthesize information to support accurate, well-informed content.
• Maintain and evolve brand voice and messaging across materials.
• Support thought leadership and educational content on HR trends and people strategy.
• Proofread, edit, and polish content for accuracy, tone, and clarity.
• Assist with content calendars, campaign planning, and marketing initiatives.
• Create/update marketing materials using Canva, such as one-pagers and social graphics.
• Occasional help with PowerPoint presentations and video scripts.
• Collaborate with teams to translate ideas into audience-focused messaging.
• Take on other projects as needed by management.
