Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic-design or production-design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
• Portfolio showing original work and template/brand-system usage.
• Experience preparing production-ready files for print and digital use.
• Detail-oriented with strong typography and layout skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Use InDesign templates to create materials with location, pricing, dates, offers, content.
• Adapt templates and approved creative across sizes, formats, markets.
• Support development of new creative concepts and templates.
• Review work for content, formatting, and accuracy before sharing.
• Prepare, export, and upload proofs and revisions to Monday.com.
• Incorporate edits and feedback accurately and efficiently.
• Finalize and export files per vendor production specs.
• Maintain file naming, folders, and version control.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
