Job summary

Papa Docs, a physician-led practice, seeks a Physician Partner to integrate health-related social needs into care delivery for older adults. You will conduct telemedicine visits, build care plans, and coordinate with Community Care Advocates to support patients in their communities.

As an early partner, you will influence clinical workflows and help shape a scalable care model. This is a part-time remote 1099 contractor role with flexible hours for licensed physicians in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in good standing.
• Board certification in one of the listed specialties.
• Active state medical license in the U.S. (multi-state licensure is a plus).
• Post-residency clinical experience (minimum 2 years).
• Telemedicine experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits with older adults and review their medical history.
• Identify health-related social needs (HRSNs) as part of the care planning process.
• Create and update care plans guiding Community Care Advocates in providing services.
• Participate in asynchronous chart reviews and escalations as needed.
• Collaborate with Papa Docs’ partners and operations to inform workflows.
• Contribute to shaping workflows and addressing operational challenges in real time.
