Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent, patient-centered psychiatrists to supervise PMHNPs through secure telehealth workflows. This nationwide, remote, part-time contractor opportunity combines predictable flexibility with meaningful clinical responsibility and the support of a modern clinical organization.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMHNPs treating low- to medium-acuity patients using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct chart reviews and provide guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications.
• Review and authorize prescriptions where legally permitted.
• Be available during agreed hours and after shifts as required.
• Mentor clinicians and reinforce Legion's clinical standards.
• Help expand access to high-quality psychiatric care nationwide.
