Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Executive Coaching, or related disciplines.
• Current coaching certification from a recognized and accredited coaching organization.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional teaching and industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
