Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is hiring licensed Child and Family Therapists to join a remote, multidisciplinary team. You’ll provide ADHD and anxiety assessments with potential to lead Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT).

You will receive peer consultation and guidance from ADHD specialists, shaping care models and workflows to support high-quality, sustainable care. We value diverse backgrounds and encourage growth in your clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) with a master’s degree.
• Currently licensed in California and eligible for other states with company support.
• Experience in integrated care settings and evidence-based approaches for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for new patients.
• Provide personalized treatment recommendations and referrals when appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
