• At least 3 years of professional chemical engineering experience in process design, manufacturing, R&D, or operations at a chemical company, engineering firm, pharmaceutical company, or related industry.
• Expertise in process design, manufacturing operations, scale-up, quality control, process safety, or product development.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex engineering concepts clearly.
