Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation

• Pay Range: $50-65 per hour

• Flexible Schedules

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule

• Part-Time: Position does not require billable hours for first two months. Hourly compensation begins after that at 10 hours per week and potential to take on more hours.

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Remote
