Qualifications

• 3+ years of defense litigation support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Lexis+ and legal research.
• Familiarity with medical records review.
• Time-entry billing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage client cases from inception through trial and closing.
• Daily time entry billing requirements.
• Obtain, review, analyze and summarize documents, including medical records and financial documents.
• Trial preparation including binders, exhibits and witness files.
• Manage court docket calendar and deadlines.
• Create status reports and provide updates to relevant parties.
• Other duties as assigned.
