Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to grow our Paid Media team. You’ll manage multiple campaigns across social platforms, coordinate with colleagues, and apply both creative and analytical thinking to drive client success.

You’ll work on strategic planning, reporting, and optimization while developing as a technical resource for other departments. This role blends independent work with collaborative, cross-team efforts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Experience with paid social platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides and Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot Analytics or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organization, ability to juggle multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against goals, conversions and events.
• Provide regular client updates on campaign status.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on how to achieve business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
