Furnished Finder is seeking a Contract Paid Media Specialist to own the full weekly optimization cycle for paid media across Google Ads and emerging channels. You’ll monitor, diagnose, and implement actions across Search, YouTube, App campaigns, with expansion into Reddit, TikTok, StackAdapt, and AI-native surfaces.

This hands-on role requires ownership of analysis, recommendations, and in-platform changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Fluent in Google Ads UI and Editor with ability to bulk change
• Experience with measurement and attribution across channels.

Responsibilities

• Observe: monitor performance across Google Ads, Reddit, TikTok, StackAdapt and emerging channels against KPIs.
• Recommend: craft prioritized weekly action plans with rationale and expected impact.
• Act: implement approved changes across platforms and maintain audit trails.
