Agadia Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a PAHub & Prior Authorization Specialist to serve as a trusted consultant for customers and internal teams. You will bridge product functionality with customer operations, implementation, and training to maximize value and adoption.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of PAHub workflows, communicates with operational users and executives, and supports onboarding, documentation, and training while driving high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with PAHub or a similar prior authorization platform.
• Strong understanding of prior authorization workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with customers in a consultative capacity.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PAHub expert for customers throughout implementation, optimization, training and support.
• Participate in customer calls, workshops, business reviews, and operational meetings.
• Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders by understanding workflows and requirements.
• Advise customers on best practices and optimal use of PAHub functionality.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and satisfaction.
• Deliver product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
