Insight Global is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to review Prior Authorization and Appeals requests, assess clinical information, and determine coverage in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.

This remote, fast-paced position requires a PharmD or equivalent and availability for a 6–10 month contract-to-hire term, with benefits starting on day one and eligibility for 401(k) after 90 days.

Qualifikationen

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of work.
• 6+ months of healthcare customer service experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Review Prior Authorization & Appeals requests and assess clinical information.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians and healthcare providers.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and state/federal pharmacy regulations.
• Work remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
