Job summary

SMIL is seeking a full-time overnight radiologist to join our ER section, supporting the HonorHealth network with 6 hospitals (3 level 1 trauma). The role is 100% remote, with a 7-on/14-off schedule from 10pm–7am AZ time, and opportunities to moonlight during off weeks.

Reporting will cover CT, X-ray and US across diverse cases using PowerScribe, InteleRad and Epic, with 24x7 IT support and dedicated radiologist coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Interpret emergency, urgent care and inpatient imaging for the ER section.
• Read CT, X-ray and US studies during overnight shifts.
• Collaborate with Radiologist Support Coordinators for workflow.

Job description

SMIL is seekinga full-time overnight radiologist to join our ER section having 18 members including dedicated 6 FTE of overnight coverage. This remote position offers flexibility with a 7-on/14-off schedule and the opportunity to moonlight during off weeks. A varied case mix including Level 1 trauma, ER and Inpatient studies from multiple modalities. Work includes CT, Xray and US. With staggered shifts, we have multiple radiologists working at all times. Interpret general emergency, urgent care and inpatient imaging for the HonorHealth network, servicing 6 hospitals (3 level 1 trauma), does not perform MRI, IR or nucs, unless desired.

• 7on/14 off. 10pm-7am (AZ Time)
• Locally managed AI-enabled IT Platform with 24x7 IT support and a dedicated communications team, which includes Radiologist Support Coordinators (RSCs).
