Job summary

Swift Public Adjusters is looking for an Outside Sales Representative in the St. Louis, MO area. This remote position entails client outreach and building relationships to effectively sell our services. The compensation includes a starting draw against commission of $50,000–$65,000 annually, with uncapped commission potential, and experienced representatives earning considerably more. Comprehensive benefits are also provided to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Public Adjusting License required (must obtain within 1 month of hiring if not currently licensed).
• Knowledge of insurance claims and processes preferred.
• Cold calling experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of sources to generate qualified sales leads.
• Prepare daily activity reports documenting calls and sales.
• Meet with property owners to present service solutions.
