Rula is expanding its licensed provider network in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseload and complete schedule autonomy, while Rula handles billing, claims, and insurance so you can focus on client care.

LMHCs (also LMFTs/LICSWs) earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes). Payment is biweekly via direct deposit with protections for no-shows, and remote telehealth work across WA is supported, with a $20 bump for in-person sessions when office space is available.
