A mental health provider in North Carolina is seeking an Outpatient Therapist - Substance Abuse Specialist. In this role, you will provide diagnostic and therapy services to clients and families, emphasizing a strong commitment to mental health care. You will need an active North Carolina license, clinical specialty is preferred, and experience with diverse client bases. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license issued by a North Carolina Professional board, (LCAS).
• Minimum of two years post degree experience providing mental health support services.
• Experience with court ordered assessments is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Experience completing diagnostic assessments

Clinical specialty (EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT)

Familiarity with diverse client base

Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems

Education

Active and unrestricted North Carolina license (LCAS)
