Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington, offering 1099 contractor roles with flexible schedule autonomy and no minimum caseload. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and protection for no-shows or late cancellations.

Providers can see clients remotely and build a practice with admin support for billing and claims. New clinicians benefit from fast credentialing, dedicated support, and access to a growing therapist

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Manage client notes and documentation according to EHR workflows
• Collaborate with Rula network to deliver high-quality behavioral health care
