Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health clinicians in Washington and is seeking LMHCs who can provide telehealth sessions. Providers join as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Rula handles billing, claims, and insurance, while you focus on delivering care and notes. Competitive compensation of $80 per 53‑minute session, with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows or cancellations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients.
• Coordinate with Rula for scheduling and referrals.
• Maintain client notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Participate in credentialing and administrative processes as needed
