Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington to deliver behavioral health services. LMHCs are compensated at $80 per 53-minute hourly session, with guaranteed payment every two weeks and no-show profit protection.

You maintain schedule autonomy and focus on delivering care while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support. Providers determine their own hours and client mix, with access to therapist community, case consultation, and ongoing clinical development

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients.
• Complete session notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate credentialing and onboarding with Rula teams.
