Rula is a behavioral health network recruiting licensed clinicians to deliver care via telehealth. Providers join as 1099 contractors with scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseload.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) for LMHC, with biweekly direct deposit, enrollment support, credentialing help, and admin services covering billing and notes, enabling clinicians to focus on clients.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth
