Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists choose their own schedule and see clients as 1099 contractors, with no minimum caseload and full autonomy over availability.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session and biweekly direct deposit, with protections for no-shows and cancellations. Providers benefit from fast credentialing, abundant client referrals, and admin support handling billing, claims, and EHR tasks, enabling clinicians to focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT/LICSW/LMHC and have an active NPI.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients in Washington state.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals with the Rula administrative team.
