A virtual mental health practice is looking for independently licensed therapists to provide 100% remote outpatient therapy. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy and offers predictable W-2 compensation up to $90K with incentives. Qualifications

• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Experience with structured modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) preferred.
