Job summary

NuLook Home Care Agency is seeking compassionate, licensed behavioral health professionals to join our growing team as Independent Contractors. This position provides outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout Wake County and surrounding communities.

Therapists will provide evidence-based, person-centered treatment while collaborating with care coordinators and other providers to promote positive clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina professional license: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist.
• Current NPI number.
• Active CAQH profile (preferred).
• Professional liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments as appropriate.
• Develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Follow NC Medicaid documentation requirements.
• Maintain professional licensure and continuing education.
• Attend required meetings as requested.
• Maintain professional liability insurance.
