Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Outpatient Dietitian for remote work. This role requires 2 years of outpatient experience (surgical weight loss and diabetes management) and Maine licensure, with pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting (surgical weight loss and DM)
• Maine licensure required or in process
• Registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in acute care settings to improve patient outcomes
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on assessments
• Educate patients, families, staff on nutrition and lifestyle strategies
• Apply evidence-based practice aligned with diet manual and facility protocols
• Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with food service management to meet patient satisfaction goals
• Mentor and develop dietetic interns where applicable
