Job summary

iaedp, a Chicago-based nutrition practice, seeks a registered dietitian to join our remote/hybrid team to help clients with eating disorders and related conditions. You will provide personalized nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy in outpatient settings.

We offer supportive onboarding, ongoing trainings, and flexible scheduling to help you grow clinically while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• Experience providing medical nutrition therapy for eating disorders, disordered eating, diabetes, digestive disorders, and autoimmune diseases.
• Strong counseling, interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Prior outpatient or behavioral health experience preferred, especially in eating disorder treatment or functional nutrition counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Tailor interventions for eating disorders, disordered eating, and medical conditions.
• Support lasting behavior change through individualized counseling.
• Educate clients and families on practical, real-life nutrition strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate client care.
• Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards.
