Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Remote Outbound Specialist for Integrated Customer Services. This role focuses on outbound calls to enroll customers in energy-saving programs, aiming to meet sales and quality targets while working from a remote home office.

Ideal candidates have experience with inbound/outbound calls, can type 35+ WPM, and are customer-service oriented. Bilingual Spanish is a plus to support Spanish-speaking customers; compensation includes hourly pay and a monthly internet stipend.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls.
• Ability to type 35+ WPM and use scripts.
• Strong customer service orientation and target-driven performance.
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred to support Spanish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound enrollments in a high-volume call center environment.
• Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals.
• Identify eligibility and consistently close enrollments.
• Collaborate in a remote team setting and participate in training.
• Work to earn commissions based on defined metrics.
• Support Spanish-speaking customers as needed.
