Qualifications

• 3–7 years in cybersecurity with OT/ICS manufacturing experience
• Experience implementing security controls in industrial/production environments
• Hands-on with plant operations or controls/automation teams preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor OT networks, SCADA/ PLCs for threats and anomalies
• Investigate alerts from Dragos and CrowdStrike and coordinate response
• Assess OT vulnerabilities and prioritize remediation with plant teams
• Support secure architectures for PLCs, DCS, and embedded systems
• Deploy and tune OT security platforms and reduce false positives
• Assist in IT/OT network segmentation and secure vendor access
• Collaborate with plant managers and engineers to minimize downtime while enforcing security
