Job summary

Prodapt is seeking a senior technology leader to architect end-to-end OSS/BSS modernization for large telecom programs. You will lead cross-functional bids, craft technical defenses for CTO/CIO stakeholders, and partner with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Google, AWS, Microsoft, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

Must have 15+ years of telecom experience in a Service Integrator or Tier-1 Vendor environment.
Deep domain expertise in OSS/BSS, eTOM/TAM/SID, and Open APIs.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end solutioning for complex programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end OSS/BSS solutioning for complex programs (O2C, T2R, L2Q).
Collaborate with global partners (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Google, AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake).
Own technical responses for RFIs/RFPs and craft SOWs and resource estimates.
Represent the technical voice in executive workshops and align solutions with business goals.
Drive modernization toward cloud-native, microservices architectures with agentic orchestration.
Ensure solutions are technically sound and ROI-driven for senior leadership.
