Job summary

Dane Street is seeking experienced Orthopedic Surgeons licensed in Georgia to join our growing panel of independent physician reviewers. In this role, you will utilize your orthopedic expertise to conduct medical record reviews and provide objective, evidence-based clinical opinions as part of a 1099 contract.

This fully remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling, workload customization, and the ability to select cases based on your availability, with administrative support from Dane Street.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Licensed in Georgia with active license.
• Active clinical practice for at least 5 years post-residency.
• Ability to attend orientation and training sessions.
• Maintain licensure and credentials to perform reviewer services.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing medical records and supporting documentation.
• Conducting evidence-based clinical assessments.
• Preparing clear and comprehensive written reports.
• Participating in peer-to-peer discussions when necessary.
• Answering client-specific questions on orthopedic conditions and treatment plans.
• Applying current clinical guidelines to all reviews.
