Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks an licensed Orthopedic Physical Therapist to provide remote evaluations and ongoing care via secure telehealth. You will assess musculoskeletal conditions and guide treatment from a distance.

You’ll develop evidence-based plans, coach patients through home exercise programs, deliver education, and coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize recovery and function.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist with orthopedic/musculoskeletal expertise.
• Strong clinical reasoning to tailor virtual care plans.
• Ability to coach patients remotely and ensure exercise adherence.
• Excellent communication and teamwork for multidisciplinary care.
• Comfort using secure telehealth technology and documenting care.

Responsibilities
