Qualifications

• 1–6+ years organizing experience with volunteer leadership.
• Fundraising experience and donor outreach demonstrated.
• Excellent public speaking and meeting facilitation skills.
• Strong copywriting, messaging, and social media abilities.
• Diversity awareness, rural organizing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate statewide volunteer operations and leadership across regional hubs.
• Design and implement fundraising apparatus and campaigns.
• Train activists and volunteer leaders in organizing techniques and messaging.
• Represent BBNC at events and drive volunteer engagement and endorsements.
• Professionalize organizational structure to support RCV advocacy.
