McGraw Hill is seeking an Organic Social Media and Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive our social programs from a remote location. You will own content calendars, partner with marketing, content, and executives, and help grow engagement and thought leadership across channels.

This role reports to the Sr. Director, Integrated Campaigns & Marketing Communications, travels up to 10% for internal and external events, and supports campaigns that advance business priorities while staying ahead of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or communications.
• Experience supporting and executing organic social media programs and calendars.
• Working knowledge of social media best practices, content development, community management, and audience engagement.
• Strong written communication, editing, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Experience with social media management, analytics, and listening tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the organic social content strategy and calendar aligned to campaigns and priorities.
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social content tailored for each channel.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, creative teams, executives, customers, and advocates to amplify content and thought leadership.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement and social listening.
• Track performance and translate results into insights and recommendations.
• Stay current on social trends and opportunities to evolve the strategy.
