Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Organic Search Manager to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll shape the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You will coordinate with writers and AI to draft content, drive technical SEO, and optimize for Google AI Overviews as well as traditional organic results. GA4 and Search Console reporting plus quarterly roadmaps are core parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes you’ve done yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, site architecture.
• Develop keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI-driven drafts.
• Improve visibility in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Produce GA4 and Search Console reporting; set quarterly client roadmaps.
