Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own search for a B2B and growing-brand client portfolio. You will drive the technical roadmap, content priorities and the ranking story in client conversations.

You’ll lead technical SEO, keyword strategy and content priorities with writers and AI, ensuring visibility across AI search and traditional results. Remote work with US clients and growth-focused brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes performed personally.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers and AI.
• Getting clients found in AI search and traditional results (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where needed.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, plus quarterly client roadmaps.
