Job summary

Paradigm seeks an experienced Oracle HCM & OIC Integration Architect to lead the design, delivery, and support of integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, payroll providers, identity systems, and more. This is not a narrowly technical development role.

The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle HCM integration expertise with strong consulting instincts, executive presence, and the ability to build trust with HR, IT, security, payroll, and business

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise application integration, architecture, or delivery.
• 4+ years hands-on with OIC/ICS or related Oracle tooling.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with other systems.
• Strong knowledge of HCM integration mechanisms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with HR, payroll, IT, security, and business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into end-to-end integration designs and specs.
• Architect and deliver OIC-based integrations across systems.
• Design secure solutions with authentication, encryption, and RBAC.
• Establish reusable integration patterns and governance practices.
• Guide delivery teams, manage risks, and communicate status to executives.
