Kaplan seeks an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead to drive end-to-end Fusion projects across Finance and Supply Chain. You will bridge finance users and technical teams, design configurations, and ensure smooth deployments with robust training materials.

Applicants should have 8+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud, deep module knowledge, and proven ability to write clear specs and guide upgrades. This role offers remote work and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications with focus on Financials and Supply Chain.
• Deep understanding of Financial Accounting, Accounting Processes, and Manufacturing Processes.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills bridging tech and business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to author clear functional and technical specs.
• Experience delivering end-user training.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle Oracle Fusion projects from requirements to deployment and support.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and finance users.
• Provide functional and technical expertise across Oracle Fusion modules listed.
• Write detailed specs for customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in Fusion applications.
• Assist finance teams with month-end close processes and ongoing support.
• Create training documents, videos, and end-user materials.
• Lead quarterly patch testing and coordinate with Oracle support.
