Job summary

Confidential Recruiting Partners seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant to support the Oracle Fusion Financials environment post go‑live. The role focuses on stabilization, workflow optimization, configuration troubleshooting, and helping the internal financial systems team resolve issues while increasing long‑term self‑sufficiency.

The contract runs 12–18 months with a W2 arrangement. Work model is remote for US-based candidates, and there is no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials in post-go-live support.
Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
Ability to mentor internal teams and transfer knowledge.
Experience stabilizing ERP environments and workflow configurations.
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, IT, or related field.
Deep understanding of workflow architecture and approvals.
Extensive experience with integrations and cross-functional processes.
5–7+ years Oracle Fusion Financials experience.

Responsibilities

Root‑Cause Analysis — Implement durable fixes rather than temporary patches.
Mentor and transfer knowledge to strengthen internal support capabilities.
Workflow Optimization — Review and refine workflow configurations and approval routing.
Post‑Go‑Live Stabilization — Support ongoing production issues and process refinement.
Consultative Guidance — Balance immediate fixes with long‑term optimization.
Knowledge Transfer — Train internal team members to improve system ownership.
Functional Issue Resolution — Troubleshoot issues across Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
Integration Troubleshooting — Diagnose failures in inbound/outbound integrations and related processes.
