The role focuses on supporting life insurance financial and actuarial reporting systems, maintaining Oracle databases, and providing production support. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a database application development or database administrator role.
• Proficiency in Oracle (11g/19c), SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with LINUX OS and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (ESP/Stonebranch UAC) preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a comprehensive approach to validating deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support life insurance financial and actuarial reporting systems.
• Maintain and enhance Oracle database applications.
• Develop SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures.
• Provide L2 & L3 production support for database applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into technological solutions.
