Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in practicing state.
• Open to additional licensure as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams using innovative technology, onsite and through our hybrid platform.
• Diagnose ocular conditions and create personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on preventative eye care, including annual eye exams and lens care.
• Maintain licensure and malpractice insurance.
