Insurance Office of America is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead Account Management staff in a remote-enabled role serving the Southeastern US with on-site collaboration as needed in Longwood, FL.

You will drive performance, ensure policy administration accuracy, support renewals and new business, and develop staff while maintaining exceptional client service across a growing book of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales/marketing/relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support renewals and new business processes.
• Manage client relationships and service needs.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and claims support.
• Maintain accurate data across systems.
• Promote IOA culture and engagement.
