Qualifications

• 5+ years industry experience or 7+ years in sales/relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required; professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and coach team members.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.

• Monitor performance and drive service excellence.
• Manage an assigned book of business and renewals.
• Provide subject matter expertise on coverage and service questions.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing and documentation.
