Job summary

DIRECTV invites you to a 10-week remote internship in Operational Analytics. Students will work on KPI analytics, financial analyses of commitments, and customer segmentation to drive business impact for DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS.

You'll develop data storytelling with Excel, Python, SQL, Databricks, and Power BI, present insights to leaders, and collaborate across teams in a virtual setting. Eligibility requires a current 4-year undergrad or advanced degree and full U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year undergrad or advanced degree in math, engineering, data analytics or data science.
• Strong passion for data analytics, visualization, and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct KPI analytics to understand performance drivers.
• Perform financial analysis around commitments and projects.
• Deep segmentation of the customer base to assess impact on experience.
