Reliable Respiratory seeks a Respiratory Homecare Therapist to deliver, set up, and maintain specialized respiratory equipment at patients' homes. You will provide telehealth and onsite instruction, follow-ups, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.

Requirements include a CoARC-accredited RT degree, active licensure, RRT/RCP/CRTT credentials, and a clean driving record. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• CoARC-accredited respiratory therapy degree (AS/AAS or BS) and licensure.
• Must be currently licensed and in good standing with state licensure board.
• RRT, RCP, CRTT credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth instruction to patients/caregivers on equipment and respiratory care procedures.
• Provide onsite instruction to patients/caregivers as needed.
• Provide virtual follow-ups for patient education and care.
• Perform on-site follow-ups as appropriate.
• Maintain patient records with care plans, prescriptions and follow-ups.
• Consult with referring physician regarding patient treatment Plans of Care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training sessions.
• Interview and examine patients with breathing/cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Monitor vitals and physiological responses to therapy.
• Educate patients on oxygen, CPAP/BIPAP and other respiratory equipment.
