Merck seeks an Associate Director, Oncology Key Accounts to lead strategic engagement with large oncology group practices and integrated delivery networks. You will be the main point of contact, aligning resources to improve patient outcomes and expand the company’s oncology portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years sales experience or a minimum of high school diploma with 10+ years equivalent experience
  • Healthcare/life sciences experience with oncology preferred (not sales) or professional marketing/military experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare, life sciences, sales, account management or managed care
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with senior healthcare executives
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to communicate value proposition
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to travel ~50%

Responsibilities

  • Aligns brand strategy with customer needs to improve patient outcomes
