Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Oncology and Hematology clinicians to support an innovative AI healthcare project. You will review clinical content, evaluate trial data, and provide expert medical insights to help improve AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Ideal candidates hold board certification in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology with 5+ years of post-training clinical experience. Experience in trials, medical monitoring, or clinical development is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Medical Oncologist and/or Hematologist.
• 5+ years of post-training clinical experience.
• Experience in clinical trials, medical monitoring, or clinical development.
• Strong knowledge of oncology/hematology trial documentation and response criteria.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Publications and AI-assisted clinical review experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate oncology/hematology clinical documents and trial data.
• Assess treatment outcomes, safety reports, adverse events, and dose escalation strategies.
• Apply clinical response criteria such as RECIST, Lugano, IMWG, IWCLL, and ELN.
• Provide clear, evidence-based clinical assessments and feedback.
• Support AI model training through high-quality medical evaluations.
