Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Oncology Clinical Researcher to shape how AI systems understand oncology data for training and evaluation. This fully remote hourly role requires rigor in trial design, data interpretation, and regulatory alignment with agencies such as FDA/EMA.

You will collaborate with leading AI teams, review trial insights for scientific validity, and help ensure data quality across study endpoints while maintaining flexible, asynchronous work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experienced in designing and managing oncology clinical trials from protocol development through data readout.
• Strong analysis of oncology clinical data including endpoints, safety, and biomarkers.
• Familiar with regulatory submission standards (FDA/EMA) and good clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate oncology clinical trial protocols with study design and enrollment strategy.
• Analyze cancer trial data across safety, efficacy, and biomarker results.
• Translate trial outcomes into regulatory and scientific outputs aligned with FDA/EMA submissions.
• Review AI-generated clinical insights for scientific accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Help shape how frontier AI models interpret real-world oncology data.
