Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II for Oncology. This fully remote US-based role will lead global oncology trials, coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and international stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

You will drive operational execution across study startup, conduct, maintenance, and closeout, while managing timelines, risks, and budget considerations. Strong ICH-GCP knowledge and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience in global oncology trials.
• Experience across multiple regions (NA, Europe, APAC, LATAM).
• Vendor management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead global oncology trials with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee study timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with CROs, labs, and vendors.
• Ensure regulatory and sponsor compliance.
• Prepare study status reports and executive updates.
