Baptist Health is seeking a Remote Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Oncology to join our Pharmacy team across the system. You will serve as a subject matter expert in medical oncology and hematology, collaborating with physicians and pharmacists to implement evidence-based practices and improve patient outcomes.

You will participate in committees, lead education efforts, review oncology protocols, and contribute to formulary and quality initiatives while traveling to sites as needed for reviews

Formación

• Pharmacy degree is required (PharmD) and licensure in eligible states.
• Board certification in Oncology or eligible within 12 months of hire.
• Eligibility to practice in Kentucky and Indiana within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with oncology pharmacotherapy and medication-use evaluation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with System Director of Clinical Services to implement standards.
• Develop guidelines and procedures to promote evidence-based practice.
• Participate in clinical, quality, and regulatory metrics review.
• Review oncology protocols and provide feedback to credentialing committees.
• Coordinate education, training, and performance improvement for staff.
