Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of oncology pharmacy practice.
• Active Pharmacist License; Delaware license preferred or in process.
• Flexibility to gain additional licensure.

• Collaborate with The Network practices to implement P&T recommendations and improvements for patient safety.
• Function as clinical pharmacist for patient-specific practice needs.
• Identify best practices within the electronic health record for medication review and suggestions for enhancements.
• Lead the development of clinical practice initiatives.
• Report on clinical interventions and updates on key drug initiatives at practice P&T or applicable leadership meetings.
